In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "okebet" or "the Platform" refers to the online betting and casino service accessible at okebet.vu, operated by the okebet brand and all associated subdomains, mobile interfaces, and products.
• "We", "Us", "Our" refers to the okebet platform operator and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and partners.
• "You", "Your", "Player" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the okebet platform.

To register and maintain an account on the okebet platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. okebet strictly prohibits use of the platform by any individual under the age of 18. Age verification checks will be conducted during the registration process and at any subsequent point deemed necessary by okebet.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered account on the okebet platform. The creation of duplicate accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held within them.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials, including your username and password. okebet will never ask you to disclose your password by email, telephone, or any other communication channel. You must:

• Never share your account credentials with any third party, including family members, friends, or agents.

• Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum single withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals below this threshold will not be processed.
• Processing Times: Deposit transactions are generally credited to your okebet account within minutes of confirmation by the payment provider. Withdrawal processing times vary by method but okebet aims to process approved withdrawals within 24 hours during standard operating hours.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the okebet platform for personal, non-commercial gambling purposes only. This licence does not grant you any right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or transmit any content from the okebet platform without prior written consent.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software forming part of the okebet platform.
• Use the okebet brand name, logo, or trademarks in any manner that implies endorsement or affiliation without okebet's written consent.

Unauthorised use of okebet's intellectual property may give rise to claims for damages and injunctive relief. okebet will enforce its intellectual property rights to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, okebet and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any of the following, whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or anticipated savings, whether direct or indirect.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit okebet's liability for death or personal injury caused by okebet's own negligence, or for any matter for which liability cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

The okebet platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. okebet makes no warranty, express or implied, that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You are responsible for ensuring that your device and network meet the technical requirements for using the platform.

Either you or okebet may close your account at any time. If you wish to close your account voluntarily, please contact our support team at [email protected]. Prior to closure, all pending withdrawals will be processed and any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method.

okebet reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification or KYC checks within the required timeframe.
• Detection of fraudulent, abusive, or prohibited conduct as described in Section 8.
• Suspicion of money laundering or use of the platform for any unlawful purpose.
• A regulatory, legal, or compliance obligation that requires okebet to restrict or close the account.
• A request made by the account holder under the responsible gaming self-exclusion policy.

Where an account is closed by okebet due to a breach of these Terms, okebet reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. Where funds are determined to have been derived from fraudulent or prohibited activity, those funds will be forfeited in their entirety.
